24.09.2025 low budget high level food
All of this for only 18€ with everything organic (except the mini bell peppers and the red Chinese cabbage).
For me, it’s a triple gain: spending less, avoiding the big retail chains, and still enjoying the best quality.
And truly, living healthily on a small budget is far easier than one might expect, once you know what you really need and where to find it.
There are so many reasons why it’s worth visiting local markets and international food stores and turning away from the big chains.
19.09.2025 dark season tea
It´s that time of year when the day starts in the dark.
So grateful for my warm and safe home,
where I can slowly watch the leaves change color.
And this tea tastes exactly like that feeling.
15.09.2025 good morning
Got a huge batch of organic ginger for super cheap on the market, mixed it with
orange juice + pure sea buckthorn and drink one shot in the morning for vitamin c
and antioxidants.
That instant spice ginger kick is wild and perfect for sleepy mornings.
09.09.2025 ..try again
Okay. I baked my recipe again and added 30g of flour and 10g of sugar to the base.
It tourned out super delicious again!
But now I need a break from poppy seeds.
03.09.2025 50/50
I was really craving a classic poppy seed cake and treid to recreate it an way that fits my needs.
I was so surprised (since baking has never really been on my strongest skills),
but it turned out absolutly perfect!!
Unfortunately, I baked more by feel this time and only tried to recontruct the recipe afterwards. I will bake it again soon to check it it truly is "The perfect poppy seed cake."
